Faraday Future has announced the launch of its first series of embodied intelligent robots, with initial deliveries expected by the end of this month.
On February 14, 2026, the company shared via its official social media account that a special shareholders’ meeting was held on February 13, 2026, Pacific Time. During this meeting, shareholders approved a proposal to increase the company’s authorized share count. It is important to note that this proposal solely pertains to the reserve increase of authorized shares and will not immediately affect the actual number of shares issued.
In conjunction with this, the company has initiated non-refundable, non-binding pre-orders for its first series of embodied intelligent robots. Faraday Future is actively working on critical elements related to its robotics business, including preparations for mass production, customized development, testing and validation, as well as AI data training. This effort is part of the company’s strategy to drive growth through its two core product categories: EAI vehicles and robots.
