Recently, the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company issued a notification aimed at enhancing power supply services for enterprises. This notification includes eight measures designed to ensure that businesses have reliable access to electricity, ultimately supporting economic stability, foreign trade, and consumption.
As part of these initiatives, the company will fully implement the “Three Zero” policy, which guarantees that low-voltage small and micro enterprises can enjoy zero on-site visits, zero approvals, and zero investment for electricity installation. Additionally, the “Three Savings” policy will be applied to high-voltage users, allowing them to save effort, time, and money in the electricity installation process, thereby reducing connection costs.
The company will also launch an “Electricity Manager” service that provides optimization guidance to businesses. This service will assist companies with load adjustments, participate in the new energy market, and conduct energy efficiency diagnostics to help lower electricity expenses.
Particularly focusing on the export industries of steel and aluminum, the company will aid businesses in assessing their carbon management levels and related risks. Services will include support for carbon quota compliance and CBAM reporting, which will enhance overall carbon management practices.
Moreover, the company will efficiently conduct services for distributed photovoltaic grid connection, assisting enterprises in entering the distributed photovoltaic market. This initiative aims to help companies utilize green electricity and reduce costs.
