Recently, the xEnergyCubo industrial liquid storage energy system has successfully passed the limited acceptance test at the Shanghai Electrical Equipment Testing Institute (abbreviated as STIEE). This achievement signifies the system’s compliance with the newly established national standards for energy storage systems, specifically the GB/T44026-2024 standard titled Guidelines for the Construction of Energy Storage Systems using Lithium-ion Batteries. This is the first batch of product testing reports issued under this new national standard.

As a national-level technical standard for energy storage systems, the GB/T44026-2024 standard emphasizes the safety and reliability of lithium-ion battery storage systems. It introduces stringent requirements for preventing thermal runaway, classifying it as a national mandatory standard. The standard sets strict limits on various factors, including thermal management, safety measures, and the overall effectiveness of the system, aiming to enhance the quality and performance of energy storage systems.

The xEnergyCubo energy storage system integrates several components, including a Power Conversion System (PCS), lithium-ion batteries, safety controls, thermal management, and local control systems, making it versatile and efficient. It offers various functionalities, including energy management and load control, to optimize user energy consumption and operational efficiency. As of now, the system has successfully passed over 20 rigorous tests, obtaining the first product certification under the new national standard GB/T44026-2024, which serves as a clear indication of the product’s safety and reliability.

With a focus on advanced thermal runaway prevention, the xEnergyCubo system is designed for high performance and energy efficiency. It employs a comprehensive approach to thermal management, ensuring that the system remains effective and safe under various operating conditions. The system has been subjected to various stringent tests for thermal runaway prevention and safety management, achieving successful certification results.

Moreover, the design of the xEnergyCubo system ensures high stability and performance under different environmental conditions. It is equipped with advanced water and fire prevention measures, meeting Class A standards for fire resistance and achieving IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, thus ensuring reliable operation in diverse settings. The robust design minimizes the impact of harsh environmental factors, thereby prolonging the system’s lifespan.

In addition, the xEnergyCubo energy storage system supports integration with power grids, renewable energy sources, and auxiliary power systems, allowing users to operate seamlessly in various energy and load scenarios. This creates a unified energy solution that optimizes efficiency and reliability.

Based on the xEnergyCubo platform, the system can support real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. It utilizes advanced algorithms to provide insights into system performance, ensuring proactive management and maintenance.
