Dajia Robotics has successfully completed a D-round financing of several hundred million yuan, as announced on March 3, 2026. This round of funding was co-led by Liangxi Digital Industry Fund, managed by BoHua Capital, and a fund under China International Capital Corporation (CICC). Other investors include Beijing Shunyi Science and Technology Innovation Group Fund and the “Zhonghe Runda” Industrial Investment Fund from Houshayu.
The funds raised will be utilized for the iterative development of industrial embodied intelligence technology, enhancing the intelligence and flexibility of multi-configured robots. Additionally, Dajia Robotics aims to deepen its market penetration in key sectors such as marine engineering and energy, while also expanding into strategic emerging fields like aerospace. The company will also strengthen its research and development investments in Physical AI and humanoid robotics.
With a decade of technological accumulation, Dajia has developed its proprietary industrial software platform, RoBIM CLOUD, which has evolved into an industrial intelligent digital foundation that connects data, algorithms, and physical execution (Agent Infra). This platform features a modular design that integrates robotic motion control, visual perception, and process decision-making functions. Through the accumulation of process data and algorithm iterations, it provides technical support for discrete manufacturing scenarios.
Leveraging the RoBIM CLOUD foundation, Dajia focuses on metal processing techniques such as cutting, welding, polishing, and assembly, and has launched several flexible manufacturing robot systems. These intelligent robotic systems possess a “hand-eye-brain” collaborative capability that can adapt to uncertainties on-site, such as assembly errors and workpiece deformations, enabling them to perform adaptive operations in dynamic environments.
Currently, Dajia’s solutions have been validated on production lines of hundreds of leading enterprises worldwide, including Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, Jiangnan Shipyard, China COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry, Zhenhua Heavy Industry, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group, China Coal Technology Engineering Group, SANY Heavy Industry, Harbin Electric, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation.
Looking ahead to the future of factory ecosystems, Dajia has partnered with several humanoid robotics companies starting in 2025 to explore applications in metal welding and flexible item polishing. The RoBIM CLOUD platform is compatible with various robotic types, including industrial robots, collaborative robots, and humanoid robots, and is evolving into an intelligent foundation with a “group brain network” scheduling capability. This will support task allocation based on production needs and promote collaborative operations among multi-configured robots.
