Countdown to Submission: 2025 China Solar Thermal Power Conference Scheduled for August 13-15 in Xi’an

Countdown to Submission | The 2025 China Solar Thermal Power Conference will be held from August 13 to 15, 2025, in Xian, Shaanxi Province.

In an effort to further promote the exchange and collaboration of solar thermal power technologies, the National Solar Thermal Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics, the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, and the Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineers will organize the 19th China Solar Thermal Power Conference. This event will be co-hosted by China Electric Power Research Institute Northwestern Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Kesheng Technology Co., Ltd., with special assistance from China Power Engineering Consulting Group Northwestern Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd..

To gather more research findings and applications related to solar thermal power, the organizers are publicly inviting submissions for conference reports. There are only 17 days left until the abstract submission deadline on June 15, 2025. We warmly invite submissions and participation.

Conference Agenda (Tentative)

Call for Papers:

• Topics Include: Policies for solar thermal power, economic analysis, solar concentration, heat absorption, heat transfer, thermal storage technologies, system integration, and more.
• Submission Requirements: Reports must reflect the latest research findings and innovations in high-temperature solar thermal utilization, be original, and have significant research and推广 value.
• Submission Process: Abstracts should clearly state the main content of the report for evaluation.
• Acceptance Notification: The organizers will assemble an expert panel to review submissions and determine the presentation format (oral or poster).
• Important Dates:
• Abstract Submission Deadline: June 15, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: By June 30, 2025
• Full Poster Submission: By August 1, 2025
• Report Material Submission: By August 10, 2025
