Collaborative Robot Company Sets Annual Shipment Target of Over 4,500 Units; Construction of a Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park with a 500 Million Yuan Investment Begins, Expected to Produce 50,000 Robotic Dogs Annually

On February 4, Shanghai Lizhong Chuangzhi Robot Co., Ltd. was established, wholly owned by Lizhong Group. The company aims to deepen its presence in the robotics industry, focusing on the research and development of lightweight materials and components for robots, as well as market sales, to facilitate a strategic transformation.

On February 24, Hangzhou Wahaha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. announced its dissolution and has officially entered the liquidation process. The company was wholly owned by Wahaha Commercial Group and was primarily involved in the development of intelligent systems, robotics, and smart equipment manufacturing.

On February 25, AiBot Robot’s smart manufacturing industrial park officially commenced construction. This park, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, will create Hunan’s first production line for quadruped robotic dogs, expected to be operational after this year’s National Day, with a production capacity of 50,000 units annually once fully operational.

On February 26, Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center Co., Ltd. was officially established, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. Its equity structure reveals that it is jointly owned by key component companies such as Titan Robotics, Shanghai Sanshi Boji Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Yicheng Tianxing Technology Co., Ltd.

On the same day, Shanghai Qianyu Zhichuang Robot Co., Ltd., indirectly wholly owned by Shanghai Electric, officially launched with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The company is led by Wang Qingdong, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Automation Group and Chairman of Yinheng Technology. Qianyu Zhichuang’s business scope covers the entire chain from research and development to sales and artificial intelligence hardware.

On February 27, Orbbec announced a preliminary performance report for 2025, achieving total revenue of 941 million yuan, a 66.66% increase from the previous year, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of 127 million yuan, which is an increase of 190 million yuan year-on-year.
