Collaborative Robot Company Sets Annual Shipment Target of Over 4,500 Units; Construction of a Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park with a 500 Million Yuan Investment Begins, Expected to Produce 50,000 Robotic Dogs Annually

On February 4, Shanghai Lizhong Chuangzhi Robot Co., Ltd. was established, wholly owned by Lizhong Group. The company aims to deepen its presence in the robotics industry, focusing on the research and development of lightweight materials and components for robots, as well as market sales, to facilitate a strategic transformation.

On February 24, Hangzhou Wahaha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. announced its dissolution and has officially entered the liquidation process. The company was wholly owned by Wahaha Commercial Group and was primarily involved in the development of intelligent systems, robotics, and smart equipment manufacturing.

On February 25, AiBot Robot’s smart manufacturing industrial park officially commenced construction. This park, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, will create Hunan’s first production line for quadruped robotic dogs, expected to be operational after this year’s National Day, with a production capacity of 50,000 units annually once fully operational.

On February 26, Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center Co., Ltd. was officially established, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. Its equity structure reveals that it is jointly owned by key component companies such as Titan Robotics, Shanghai Sanshi Boji Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Yicheng Tianxing Technology Co., Ltd.

On the same day, Shanghai Qianyu Zhichuang Robot Co., Ltd., indirectly wholly owned by Shanghai Electric, officially launched with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The company is led by Wang Qingdong, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Automation Group and Chairman of Yinheng Technology. Qianyu Zhichuang’s business scope covers the entire chain from research and development to sales and artificial intelligence hardware.

On February 27, Orbbec announced a preliminary performance report for 2025, achieving total revenue of 941 million yuan, a 66.66% increase from the previous year, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of 127 million yuan, which is an increase of 190 million yuan year-on-year.

On the same day, Junpu Intelligent released its 2025 annual performance report, reporting total revenue of 2.58 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 12.19 million yuan, marking a year-on-year growth of 48.76% and returning to profitability.

Also on February 27, Stone Technology disclosed its annual performance report for 2025, achieving total revenue of 18.62 billion yuan, a 55.85% year-on-year increase, although its net profit attributable to shareholders decreased by 31.19% to 1.36 billion yuan.

CloudWalk Technology reported total revenue of 501 million yuan for 2025, representing a 25.86% increase, but recorded a net loss of 545 million yuan, narrowing from a loss of 696 million yuan in the previous year.

On February 28, Jicui Zhizao’s Marketing Department head, Lu Lingling, announced the company’s development goals for the year: to sell over 4,500 robotic products, achieve 150 million yuan in sales, and establish a sales presence in 100 countries and regions, while collaborating with 100 educational institutions to build a comprehensive cooperative ecosystem. Also on February 28, Tianzhun Technology released its annual performance report for 2025, with revenues of 1.79 billion yuan, an 11.28% increase compared to the previous year, while net profit attributable to shareholders fell by 36.96% to 78.6 million yuan.

The Schaeffler Group announced on February 28 that it will establish an embodied intelligence robot company in Suzhou Taicang, investing 1 billion yuan to build a smart factory for humanoid robots.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Standardization Technical Committee for Humanoid Robots and Embodied Intelligence officially released the “Humanoid Robots and Embodied Intelligence Standard System (2026 Edition)” on February 28. This marks China’s first national standard system for humanoid robots and embodied intelligence, consisting of six parts: basic commonality, brain-like and intelligent computing, limbs and components, complete machines and systems, applications, and safety ethics.

Da Huan Robot announced on March 4 that BMW has introduced humanoid robots for real industrial scene pilot applications at its Leipzig plant in Germany. In this pilot, the AG series electric gripper from Da Huan Robot, mounted on Hexagon Robotics’ humanoid product AEON, performs key operations in battery assembly and component manufacturing.

The Economic and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang Province released a notice on March 4, announcing the typical application scenarios for robots in 2025. Noli Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was selected for its “Heavy-duty Roll Material Handling Robot Application” project aimed at the copper foil industry.

On March 5, the 2026 National Two Sessions officially convened in Beijing.
