Chint Power Unveils Comprehensive Solar Storage Solutions at 2025 International New Energy Expo

Zhengtai Power made a notable appearance at the 2025 International New Energy Exhibition, showcasing its comprehensive solar and storage solutions that highlight its technological prowess. The event took place in Las Vegas and featured a range of innovative photovoltaic and energy storage products aimed at various applications, including commercial, community, and ground power stations.

Targeting the American and North American markets, Zhengtai Power presented a series of systems that are safer, more efficient, and better suited to local needs, demonstrating the company’s technological strength and market competitiveness in the solar storage sector.

In terms of photovoltaic products, Zhengtai Power launched several models of inverters. Notably, the new models for the U.S. market continue with a modular plug-and-play design, making maintenance as simple as “changing building blocks.” They also include features such as Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI), Rapid Shutdown (RSD), and IV scanning, effectively adding an “emergency brake” to the system that allows for rapid power disconnection in emergencies, enhancing grid safety and operational efficiency.

The ground power station solutions also attracted significant attention. The 350kW-800V inverter supports multiple Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) channels and achieves a maximum efficiency of up to 99%, maintaining full power operation even at high temperatures of 45°C. Meanwhile, the 250kW-600V inverter offers a new “virtual centralized” solution with a modular structure that is compatible with two types of junction boxes, both of which can disconnect automatically within milliseconds in case of faults. The distributed version integrates AFCI and IV scanning functions to ensure long-term stable operation of the power station.

For energy storage products, Zhengtai Power introduced a 125kW/261kWh commercial energy storage cabinet featuring an “All-in-One” highly integrated design that saves 38.8% of the footprint compared to traditional split solutions of the same capacity. This product is equipped with multi-level fire protection, explosion-proof features, and a top venting structure, significantly enhancing reliability and safety. It comes pre-installed and pre-commissioned, effectively reducing on-site construction efforts and future maintenance costs, and supports flexible capacity expansion through multi-machine parallel operation.

For residential applications, Zhengtai Power launched a home energy storage solution consisting of 7.6–12kW hybrid inverters and 5–20kWh batteries, with single units supporting a 200A large current bypass function, compatible with mainstream North American home wiring standards. This ensures that essential appliances such as kitchen, living room, and electric vehicle chargers remain powered even during outages, providing true “whole-house backup.”

Regarding ground storage, Zhengtai Power also presented a dual-stage string-type low-voltage coupled grid energy storage solution. The core product is the 200kW PCS, independently developed by Zhengtai Power, featuring a dual-stage architecture that significantly enhances adaptive capability to wide DC voltage ranges, providing reliable support for the grid. The grid-coupled technology offers voltage, inertia, and frequency support functions, effectively acting like a “stabilizing barrier” for the grid. Additionally, the system employs a low-voltage coupling design with 800Vac direct connection to photovoltaics, utilizing a shared transformer for solar and storage, which effectively lowers initial investment costs.

A representative from Zhengtai Power stated, “The ‘Solar + Storage + Operation and Maintenance’ combination solution showcased in Las Vegas demonstrates greater feasibility through localized adaptation, while also showcasing the technological strength of Chinese manufacturing.” The company plans to continue its efforts in the North American market, injecting sustained momentum into the local clean energy transition with efficient, reliable products and professional services.
