China’s Machine Electric Products See Significant Value Growth

On October 18, 2025, it was reported that China’s machine electric products experienced a substantial increase in market value, supported by favorable policies and a growing demand.

According to data from the China New Energy Network, the export volume of China’s machine electric products reached $14.758 billion in the first eight months of this year, marking an 8.1% increase compared to the same period last year. The total export value accounted for 60.2% of the overall exports, continuing a trend of growth over the past 14 months.

The 138th Canton Fair, which is currently being held in Guangzhou, showcases the latest advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions. This event aims to attract international buyers and promote innovation in the electric machinery sector.

During the first eight months of this year, China’s electric machinery exports saw significant growth, with increases of 15.7% to Southeast Asia and 32.2% to regions outside Southeast Asia. The European market is also showing a steady increase in demand for these products.

As of October 16, the Canton Fair has garnered attention from numerous international buyers, particularly from Southeast Asia and Europe, indicating a strong interest in China’s electric machinery exports.

A spokesperson for a leading electric machinery company mentioned, “Our production capacity is sufficient to meet the rising demand for electric machinery products.” This company anticipates exports to reach 1.4 billion units this fiscal year, with a growth rate maintained between 20% and 30% per quarter.

Despite facing challenges in the international market, China’s machine electric products have demonstrated resilience. The expected export growth remains stable, indicating a positive outlook for the industry.

By 2025, the export value is projected to experience a steady increase, driven by the integration of new technologies and advancements in production capabilities.
