The 2025 China Hydrogen Energy Industry Conference will be held in the Nansha District from October 22 to 24, 2025. The conference will take place at the Guangzhou Nansha International Conference Center and will focus on the theme “Innovative Development: Hydrogen Chain Strategy.”
The conference will address the latest advancements in the hydrogen energy industry and set up a dedicated forum for “China Hydrogen Energy Development Practices.” Local government representatives are invited to participate in discussions. Additionally, the conference will host the Seventh China (Nansha) National Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology and Product Expo, which aims to attract national and international participation.
Furthermore, the agenda will include discussions on the “Regulatory Supply and Consumption” framework, focusing on the promotion of hydrogen energy and its integration with various sectors. The conference aims to showcase how Nansha is advancing its hydrogen energy industry.
By 2025, Nansha’s hydrogen energy industry chain is expected to include over 160 enterprises. The district’s development strategy has already secured numerous significant technological achievements. Notably, the highest thermal efficiency in ammonia-hydrogen synthesis processes has reached 48%. The establishment of 3000 small-scale stable hydrogen production platforms and the production of 400L hydrogen storage tanks are also key milestones.
Moreover, the hydrogen-powered vehicle segment, categorized as “post-purchase hydrogen refilling,” is projected to become mainstream in urban areas. Hydrogen fuel cell two-wheelers are also anticipated to follow the “electric assistance hydrogen” model, facilitating continuous operations via a streamlined management platform.
