Recently, the largest energy event in Europe, the 2025 European Smart Energy Exhibition, concluded in Munich, Germany. With over 200,000 square meters of exhibition space, more than 2,700 exhibitors from 57 countries, and over 100,000 visitors globally, this event showcased the strong presence of Chinese renewable energy companies, making them a significant highlight.

Featuring digitalization, intelligence, and high capacity, these companies presented the latest technologies and unique business models validated by extreme environmental conditions, suitable for the global green transition. In light of recent blackouts across Europe, these innovative energy products and technologies attracted over 100,000 global visitors, and they are poised to occupy a more prominent position in the European market.

Huawei Digital Energy: Accelerating New Power System Construction

Huawei Digital Energy showcased its intelligent solar storage products and solutions at the exhibition, interpreting cutting-edge technological achievements and benchmark commercial applications within the context of a comprehensive networking era. These innovations support the construction of a new power system and promote high-quality development in the global renewable energy industry.

In large-scale ground applications, Huawei’s station-level intelligent string-type storage systems provide comprehensive networking capabilities throughout the entire lifecycle of the power system, ensuring stability across various conditions and environments.

In the commercial sector, Huawei’s LUNA2000-215kWh commercial storage system stood out for its focus on active safety, quality priority, and higher returns, aiding low-carbon transitions across various industries.

For residential applications, Huawei launched its new home energy management solution 6.0, leading the way for greener households. The LUNA S1-7kWh home storage product boasts an ultra-long warranty and offers over 40% more usable energy than traditional solutions.

LONGi: Winning Awards with Green Electricity and Hydrogen Technology

LONGi presented cutting-edge technologies at the exhibition, sparking a new wave of clean energy innovations in Europe. Products like the upgraded Hi-MO 9 module, the LONGi EcoLife series, and the Hi-MO X10 anti-glare module garnered significant attention from global clients and partners.

Notably, the Hi-MO 9 module achieved a conversion efficiency of 24.8% and a power output of 670W, significantly enhancing the cost-effectiveness for large ground power stations in Europe.

During the event, LONGi also received two prestigious awards for its Hi-MO X10 and ALK G series electrolyzer, making it the only Chinese clean energy company to win multiple awards.

ChuNeng New Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the UK’s Immersa for a 2.5GWh project, focused on their 5MWh battery prefab, the CORNEX M5. This partnership aims to accelerate technological innovation and product diversification in the global storage market.
