On May 6, 2025, it is projected that the fuel subsidy policy will be significantly strengthened to promote the adoption of new energy vehicles. The anticipated subsidy requests for vehicles are expected to reach 6 million units, along with a launch of 356,000 units across 12 major categories of household electrical products.

According to recent reports, since the beginning of this year, efforts have been intensified to promote the subsidy policy for fuel vehicles, aimed at replacing old models with new ones. By April 27, it was noted that 1.2 billion people had benefited from substantial subsidies, leading to a surge in vehicle sales, with a total sales figure reaching 720 billion yuan.

Moreover, the new energy vehicle sector has witnessed significant growth, with a 36.4% increase in sales year-over-year, where 242,000 units were sold in the first quarter alone. This reflects a market penetration of 47.2% for new energy vehicles. In the context of smartphone sales, the market for high-end models priced between 2000-6000 yuan has seen a remarkable 76% increase.

The data indicates that the government will continue to provide robust support for the subsidy policy aimed at replacing older fuel vehicles with newer, more efficient models. This will encourage enhanced energy efficiency and contribute to reducing emissions.

In the realm of artificial intelligence and technology, significant advancements have been made, with companies investing in new AI technologies to further enhance vehicle performance and user experience. The latest models, equipped with cutting-edge technology, are expected to dominate the market.

As the market evolves, companies are expected to adapt their strategies to meet changing consumer demands and regulatory requirements, ensuring a sustainable transition towards new energy utilization.
