According to the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision Administration, on April 8, the Xiangshan Industrial New Center will commence the second phase of the hydrogen energy vehicle testing project. This initiative involves the evaluation and approval of the two scientific projects that have been submitted for review by the provincial special inspection institute.
One of the projects, “High-Pressure Hydrogen Fuel Cylinder Testing Technology and Its Application,” aims to enhance the safety and reliability of hydrogen storage systems. This includes developing advanced monitoring systems that aim to improve the efficiency and accuracy of safety inspections, thereby addressing critical challenges in the evaluation of hydrogen storage systems. The project has already reached a standard recognized by the national inspection authority and is currently applied at the provincial special inspection institute’s hydrogen fuel cylinder testing facility to support the safe development of the hydrogen energy industry.
The second project, “Autonomous Steel Wire Inspection Robot Development,” focuses on creating an autonomous robot capable of inspecting steel wire systems. This robot will integrate advanced inspection techniques and electric drive technologies to improve the precision and efficiency of inspections. The project’s results have met the established standards for limited inspection and are intended for application in large-scale recreational facilities to achieve high user satisfaction.
During the evaluation, experts will rigorously assess each project based on submitted documentation and will utilize quality inquiries and centralized review methods to ensure thorough evaluation of the projects’ implementation and technological advancements.
The provincial special inspection institute plans to invite experts to review the project outcomes and promote the integration of technology and industry, aiming for high-quality results in the hydrogen energy sector.
