Recently, the National Quality Inspection Center (referred to as “CPVT”) officially announced the foundational certification plan for 2025. The certification period is from January 4, 2025, to June 30, 2025. This foundational plan includes various advanced technologies and performance comparisons.
This foundational plan will involve multiple advanced technology applications and comparative analysis, showcasing the efficiency and reliability of the BC and TOPCon technologies in real-world conditions. The certification report highlights the results for both BC and TOPCon technologies.
The report features the Hi-MO 9 series products for BC and TOPCon, with the following performance metrics: the power generation efficiency of BC technology is higher than that of TOPCon under certain conditions. The Hi-MO 9 series products have shown superior results in power output compared to their TOPCon counterparts, making them a strong contender in the market.
The certification data reveals that the Hi-MO 9 series consistently outperformed on various metrics. For example, between January and June 2025, the Hi-MO 9 achieved a power generation efficiency increase of 1.94% compared to TOPCon products, demonstrating its capability to generate more electricity efficiently.
In terms of average power generation output, the Hi-MO 9 series reached 667.05W, significantly higher than TOPCon’s 648.11W, indicating a stronger performance in practical application scenarios.
The foundation’s results indicate that the Hi-MO 9 series will continue to lead in performance, especially in low-light and challenging weather conditions, thus providing reliable power generation. The report points out that the performance metrics for BC technology will be particularly beneficial for large-scale applications.
The results confirmed that the HPBC 2.0 technology exhibited remarkable performance, especially in conditions of low irradiance and weak sunlight, underscoring its reliability and adaptability in various environments.
