
Call for Creative Proposals and Scripts for the Opening Video of the 2026 World Robot Conference
Since its inception in 2015, the World Robot Conference has been dedicated to promoting technological innovation and industrial development in the robotics sector. The event has evolved into a global platform for innovation, industry advancement, organizational cohesion, and international collaboration. It has become a driving force in integrating robotics into various industries and everyday life.
To ensure the successful organization of the 2026 World Robot Conference and to create a visually stunning fusion of technology and art, we aim to showcase the innovative achievements of the global robotics industry and depict a future where humans and robots coexist to enhance our quality of life. Therefore, we are now publicly soliciting creative proposals and scripts for the opening video of the 2026 World Robot Conference.
1. Submission Period
February 6, 2026 – March 25, 2026
2. Target Participants
Domestic enterprises and institutions qualified in film planning and production.

Creative proposals and scripts for the opening video of the 2026 World Robot Conference.
4. Submission Requirements
- Creative Proposal: The proposal should emphasize creativity and visual impact. Participants are encouraged to find innovative perspectives and utilize technology to convey the charm of science. The proposal must include the video title, theme, overall positioning, creative concept, structural design, presentation methods, artistic style, distinctive features, and production arrangements.
- Creative Script: Based on the creative proposal, a script should be written for a video lasting three minutes. The script should highlight the latest developments, trends, and achievements in the robotics industry, reflecting the brand characteristics of the World Robot Conference. It should be expressive and engaging, easily adaptable to visual storytelling, with clear annotations for each segment and narration.
- Format: Submissions must include written explanations, and can also be presented through images, PowerPoint presentations, or videos to showcase the complete proposal and concept.
- Use of AI Technology: The video should be produced using AI technology.
5. Feedback Process
- The secretariat of the World Robot Conference Organizing Committee will contact the production team within five working days of receiving submissions to discuss follow-up matters.
- Selected teams will have the opportunity to be commissioned for the opening video project of the 2026 World Robot Conference.
6. Important Notes
- All submitted works must be original, and authors must accurately report their information. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and any detected instances will result in immediate disqualification.
- Authors bear all legal responsibilities and consequences arising from copyright infringements related to the content of their submissions.
- The final selected teams must cooperate with the organizing committee to refine the creative proposal and script, and should have the ability to produce, modify, and deliver the final video.
- All participants submitting works are deemed to accept the above terms. The organizing authority reserves the right to make final decisions and interpretations regarding this event.

Submissions should be made online. Participants must send their creative proposals and scripts to the submission email by the deadline. The email should include the submitting organization/company name, contact person, phone number, and detailed mailing address.
