April 9, 2025 – Photovoltaic Industry Supply Chain Prices (Updated April 10, 2025)
According to the latest pricing report from TrendForce on April 9, the mainstream transaction price for N-type recycled materials is 41 RMB/KG, while the price for N-type dense materials is 40 RMB/KG. The price for N-type granular silicon remains steady at 38 RMB/KG. This week, the latest price for N-type 182 monocrystalline silicon wafers has dropped to 1.25 RMB/wafers, a decrease of 1.57%. N-type 210 monocrystalline silicon wafers are priced at 1.55 RMB/wafers, and N-type 210R monocrystalline wafers have decreased by 1.96% to 1.50 RMB/wafers.
The price for M10 monocrystalline TOPCon solar cells and G12 monocrystalline TOPCon cells is currently 0.305 RMB/W. The price for G12R monocrystalline TOPCon cells has fallen to 0.32 RMB/W, reflecting a decline of 5.88%. The price for 182 monofacial monocrystalline PERC modules is 0.69 RMB/W, while the mainstream price for 210 monofacial monocrystalline PERC modules is 0.70 RMB/W. The price for 182 bifacial double-glass monocrystalline PERC modules is 0.70 RMB/W, and for 210 bifacial double-glass monocrystalline PERC modules, it is 0.71 RMB/W.
This week, the prices for 182mm TOPCon bifacial double-glass modules and 210mm HJT bifacial double-glass modules are 0.72 RMB/W and 0.86 RMB/W, respectively. In the centralized project sector in China, the price for 182-210mm TOPCon modules remains at 0.69 RMB/W, while distributed project prices are at 0.75 RMB/W.
The price for 2.0mm coated photovoltaic glass is 13.5 RMB/m², and the price for 3.2mm coated photovoltaic glass remains at 22.5 RMB/m². The price for 2.0mm backsheet glass is 12.5 RMB/m².
